Pink for October

Oct 02 2006

Like a bunch of other designers that I can’t be bothered to find links for, I’ve gone pink for october in support of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. It took about 2 minutes, and I don’t care that the brown clashes. :)

Update 03/10: I’ve added a banner to the top-left of the page – if you want to do the same, here’s the code I used:

  1. <!--[if !IE]><!-->
  2. <img src="/images/bca-banner.png" style="display: block; position: absolute; top: 0; left: 0; width: 232px; height: 233px;" />
  3. <!--<![endif]-->
  4.
  5. <!--[if gt IE 5.0]>
  6. <div style="display: block; position: absolute; top: 0; left: 0; width: 232px; height: 233px; filter:progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.AlphaImageLoader (src='/images/bca-banner.png', sizingMethod='scale');"></div>
  7. <![endif]-->

The PNG image can be downloaded here.

The brown clashes?! I’ll never make it as a graphic designer… :O(

Thanks for the heads-up though, I’ll go pink tonight too.
